AI that does the marketing jobs a small business never has time for
Shubh Innovation builds and runs AI-based marketing solutions for small and medium Australian businesses. We take one repetitive marketing job at a time, automate it properly, and show you each month what it did.
What we do
- Follow up your leads straight away. Enquiries from your ads and forms get a reply while the person is still interested, not the next morning.
- Ask the right questions for you. A short conversation, in your words, finds out what the customer needs so you know who to call first.
- Keep you in control. The AI answers only from information you have approved and hands anything else to you.
- Report in plain numbers. Leads received, how fast they were answered, and what happened next.
Who it is for
Owner-run and small-team businesses that spend money on marketing but do not have a marketing department: trades and home-improvement firms, local services, and other small and medium companies where the owner is also the person answering the phone.
Our products
Kept Booked
Replies by text to every new Facebook and Instagram lead for Australian renovation, solar, roofing and landscaping businesses, asks your questions and tells you who to call first.
More services are added one at a time, and only after each one has been proven with real clients.
How we work
- You tell us which marketing job is costing you time or losing you customers.
- We set the solution up on your own accounts. No passwords are shared, and you can remove our access whenever you like.
- You approve the exact wording before anything goes to a customer.
- We run it, watch it, and send you a monthly report.
What we are not
We are not an advertising agency and we do not promise more leads or a place at the top of Google. We make sure the marketing you already pay for is not wasted, and we say so plainly when AI is the wrong tool for a job.
Who is behind it
Shubh Innovation Pty Ltd is run by Shashank Dhamankar in Sydney. It is a small business, so you deal with the person who builds and looks after your setup.
